Dealer got back to me. They said it's getting a new cylinder head for a bad valve. They have placed order

Sales guy told me that the PO bought the truck before COVID and then his job transitioned to full time work from home so it didn’t make sense to pay so much if he didn’t drive it.

Sounds very similar to my problems with a 2019, but I never had any misfires. Just using lots of oil (no leaks) and then failing compression tests on two cylinders:
