I have a similar set up on my Raptor. Only plus to being stationed in California is all the OHV camping areas. I have been looking for a way to attach my shovel to the rack like yours. Where did you get the quick releases for the tools?

Not yet. I’ve gotta start tracking the weight with all the additional ideas I’ve got floating around in my head to see when it’ll be necessary. It’s definitely coming, but so far it seems okay on stock

Looks great.
I wired in an Aux battery and Redarc bcdc 1225 charger. A bit of work to get it all set up, but its great. Probably overkill for running some camp lights, charge phones etc., but I run a 55qt ARB fridge and didn't want to touch my starter/main battery.
I have my tent on the lowest of the 18 to 30" of the Overhaul HD rack. At 18, I can just barely stand under it, so can run an annex and a room under my awning, if I want to get fancy. But then more of the tent is in the wind that way too. Re the mpg, I find the extra 200 lbs and wind drag is maybe... maybe 1 mpg. Maybe a titch more with the full camping load out. That is a way better hit than towing a trailer.
Those ladders are a bit of a puzzle. You need to start from the bottom when collapsing the rungs, so that they are stacked up above the top rung. But maybe with yours being closer to the ground you need to do it differently.
As far as weight, I think I will do something like a Deaver + 2 or 3 at some point. The rear is pretty soft and I lose a bit of rear departure angle when fully loaded (around 400 lbs). Still drives nice, but would rather be sitting level.

Been talking to the wife a bit regarding the whole fridge/cooler/battery situation. I’ve been eyeing that 73qt ARB Zero and figured I’d go solar with deep cycle since I, too, wouldn’t wanna touch main with it.Looks great.

My Guatemalaness keeps me from wishing I had more clearance under the tent (I’m 5’7”, wife’s 4’11”) and my lack of storage space makes me REALLY like the 10” rack which lets me continue to drive into parking structures.
I, too, am finding that the additional weight and drag aren’t terrible; happy to hear it from you since I figured I may have just been telling myself that.
In my ideal setup, I’d have half the bed slide out with the fridge and prep on it while I use the other half of the tailgate for the stove. That’ll be a bit more weight so we’ll see how it goes.
What’s the longest you’ve gone out for before needing a refit?

As promised!
This was the drive from LA to Vegas plus a pit stop in Barstow for dinner.
Honestly, doesn’t seem like much of a difference. Could probably get the mileage up if it wasn’t a post-traffic drive (I averaged 80-85 the whole way up).

I’ve run an ARB 55 quart and now a 37 quart for the past 3.5 years. I had decent luck running it off the main battery in my Touareg on all but the hottest of days, but not so much luck on the Outback with the tiny stock battery. My Passat has a second battery, group 31 AGM, that works perfect for up to 4+ days without driving the car depending on the ambient temps. In Phoenix summers it goes for about 4 days without killing the battery, winter time it can go 7+ days easily.
I would recommend a second battery, but I may try it for a couple weeks without. My use is different, I use mine for long range commuting for 3-5 days at a time. The truck generally gets driven at least 30 minutes per day. The stock battery in the Raptor is pretty good sized, so it may be ok without a second battery. I don’t want to mount a second battery in the bed, so I need to explore other options. Maybe a small secondary battery or even a pair of secondaries wired in parallel. I was thinking I might be able to remove the stock jack and fit a battery(or batteries) behind the seat. I use a blue sea automatic charging relay to separate the secondary from the main.

Setup looks good! Funny you mention the Leitner rack and decked system..buddy of mine here has a ‘19 with that exact setup, topped with a camp king. He loves it but it was just a bit too much for me. I like having the option to pull the tent and rack off if I wanted (or if I had a garage to store them in lol).
touching on the few posts about swapping leafs, made The switch to Icon on option 2, I have the Icon collars on the front on +1.75 I think, I’d have to look to confirm, and with the 14” alum rack, tent, and currently the stock leafs, it’s sitting at around half an inch of rake. Guessing there’s around 350lbs in the bed give or take
