2019 On-road ride?

Well its all speculation at this point, but the 2019 shocks should improve the ride and suspension behavior both on and off road.

Of course there are folks that will tell you to "mark their words" because they don't want to believe that the 2019 might be better...

I am among those. Mark my word. The live shocks won't have any real life noticeable improvement

This truck rides so well on the road now that it's hard to believe there's going to be a noticeable improvement with the live shocks. But I certainly hope there is!

As I’m evaluating the 2018 vs 2019, can anyone tel me if the new shocks provide a better ride on-road? I’m a poser and won’t be taking my Raptor off road!

On paper the new shocks should address the ride concern the mall crawlers seem to have...too much front end dive during braking and too "floaty"...and even reduce some cornering lean...
I believe if it all works as expected both camps (off road users and posers) will be happier....

I will be ready with my popcorn in my hands, and ears to the ground, making sure I heard everything said!
It's funny how people say that the raptor was great for both off Road and city without issues, but now the new shocks are coming out all of a sudden people are now talking about this live shock fixing floating and nose dive braking effect. How come all of a sudden 2018 is no longer good?
Hehehehehe. I guess this is what life is about! Lol. Humans will never bE satisfied. I want some more.
I hope it is good, I really do, but knowing the tech industry, I believe it will be a buster!

If this live shock ever works, it will be more beneficial for the off-road jumpers! On road drive you won't notice crap! What does it have to adjust when the wheels are already planted on the ground?

Some not all complained about the floating feeling when hitting bumps on a curve. You're making it seem like more than what it really is.
I doubt Ford would change these shocks if they won't make any improvements. We shall see. I think you're trying to convince yourself to get a 2018. Any luck?

I have to give Mamula credit for being consistent. He's been all over these forums talking negatively about the new shocks... Haha!

Time will tell; one thing is for sure is that it is going to be a pain to upgrade shocks and suspension components when you feel like you need a little more. Shocks through the bed anyone... bolt kit... most likely a leveling kit will **** off the CPU. Has anyone done suspension upgrades on a UTV with the live valve shocks yet? That is where we will begin to find the answers were wondering...

If you understand what it should do, it should help in many situations. I use the word "should" because we haven't seen it yet, but I expect big things from the live shocks.
