As I’m evaluating the 2018 vs 2019, can anyone tel me if the new shocks provide a better ride on-road? I’m a poser and won’t be taking my Raptor off road!

Well its all speculation at this point, but the 2019 shocks should improve the ride and suspension behavior both on and off road.

Of course there are folks that will tell you to "mark their words" because they don't want to believe that the 2019 might be better...

Ahh I thought they were hitting dealers! I think w the discounts on the 18’s I’m seeing will be hard to justify the extra coin.

I just sold my 2014 Raptor!

2018 with deavers and you're good to go. I ordered a 2019 hoping that the new shocks will improve the on road ride quality. I doubt it'll make it worse. We shall see very soon.

2019 Raptor production started on october 22 so they at def NOT at dealers. They should start to appear at dealers in the 2nd week of Nov. assuming there are no production issues.

Do not mean to hijack, but do you know if they were producing Raptors during the week of the 15th-19th? I ask because mine (2018) was built the previous week and I think it would be a little bit cool to be built in the last week of production.

The on road ride of the 2018 after it breaks in a few thousand miles is phenominal. I would wait and pay more for a 2019 for just that reason.
