2019 intake silencers

Open your drivers door and look at the white rectangular sticker. There will be VIN number, tire info, GVWR info and the build date

My truck came without the silencers installed in the intake as well. May 2019 build date. Was happy the turbo noises were already being maximized

I suspect mine didn’t come with them too as I can clearly hear turbo whistle cruising around town.

I removed the silencers from my 2016 F150 2.7TT as well. No change in mileage, performance, or anything at all beside louder turbo whistle/noise.

There should not be any silencers or swirl vanes on MY2019+. The turbo compressor inlet was switched to a ported shroud design in 2018 that eliminated some of the turbo whoosh noise and improved the pre-turbo swirl ratio.
