Hopefully the people waiting on 2018 will like the the new tailgate? Its not terrible but i prefer the 17 look.

I copied and attached page 18 of the 2018 F-150 Style Guide. It shows the tailgate of the Raptor with the Applique. It doesn't show an F-150 stamp. Looks just like the 17my to me. Is the guide inaccurate?

I don't care for the plain one, but to each his own. I do like the plain one better than the stamped plain one.

Meh.......looks pretty plain to me and like every other XLT tailgate out there. The FORD on the appliqué is obnoxious but I like how the black makes the rear end pop.
