GEN 2 2018 Sync is DOA

My sync infotainment system is totally dead. Tried pulling the fuse and the power and forward seek reset and nothing but a black screen. Anyone else have this issue? What was the cause? This truck has had so many issues ...

Have you tried a hard reboot? Hold power button and skip forward buttons down together for a few seconds until it reboots...

Mine has done some crazy things as well, a master reset has fixed it up to this point.

If it's under warranty, take it in. I got $20 says, if what you are posting is even true, that you have the screen turned off.

Little sensitive are we? Yeah you are right screen is def off. Thanks for assisting. I hope you don’t actually post any advice on here because your knowledge of anything mechanically related is **** poor. For starters- pulling the fuse to the sync unit would act like disconnecting the battery which would generally be step one in the diagnosing of the issue. Also a hard reset by pushing power and forward seek also failed to get the unit to turn on.

Now give me your $20. I accept Venmo.

Now seriously stop trolling every thread you end up in and let the people with some mechanical knowledge figure this out. I’ve been looking through 50 of your posts and not one is about anything helpful nor shows you know a damn thing.
