what do you mean "unspoken allocation"?

I mean like they have an allocation that is ready to be submitted and for one reason or another they do not have a buyer for(aka special order)

If they dont find anyone the dealer may just build it however they want to.

Depending on the allocation amount the dealer gets, the regional rep(Ford) will ask for so many vehicle submissions. My particular dealer submitted 2-4 trucks 1 or maybe 2 times a month.

This was how it was explained to me by my dealers inventory manager.

Emailed que confirmation? Nowhere on my DORA does it say pre-order, also FP can see it "in the system".

Hello, i placed an order on 8/16 at metro ford miami, fl.
The salesman thinks i m desperate for my gen 2 raptor, that he's only offering the one with 15k over msrp.

Telling that thete is not chance to get the order going yet.
I know that is pure bs.

Are dealer getting your order right away or they still with the same bs to only offer you the premiun?

If you ordered 8/16 and still have zero movement you have gotten screwed and need to move on to another dealer for a 2018.

I called to ford at carlsbad, ca and they told me i can order mine but when it arrive i will have to pay 10k over msrp.
