Since 2007, I have owned 6 different F-150's- 4 SCREW's, 2 SCAB's, 3 of them have been Raptors (2012 SCREW, 2017 SCREW, 2018 SCAB). I'm 58 years old, and the only time the extra cab space is used is either for my firearms or my grandkids. With that being said, I LOVE the SCAB vs. the SCREW. Plus, I so-much like the SCAB "look" vs. the SCREW. AND, less than 10 percent of Raps are SCABs. And yes, it seems more nimble (being a foot shorter), weighs slightly less than a SCREW, and allows an extra foot of space in the garage.
Thanks for the reply....A local dealer just got in a SCREW today, first one I've seen in person, very nice truck but seemed HUGE. Now I need to find a SCAB and see if I get the same impression from it, the foot shorter in the garage is the most appealing part for me. I don't care about resell value, planing on keeping it for 10+ years.
