Dumb question, when you get a DORA doesn't that mean your order was submitted to Ford? My dealer gave me a DORA on like May 16 and now is telling me that my order didn't go in because there were other orders ahead of mine... WTF

Need to confirm allocation and priority.

Doesn't matter if you have a DORA or when you ordered. Ford schedules based on allocation and then your priority number with the dealer. If your dealer only gets 4 allocations and your #3 your looking at a 3rd quarter build no matter when you ordered it.

I can't see anything on my from my order from last week. I have tried to look it up, but it comes back with nothing on the website with the order #, dealer # and last name.

Still waiting to get a DORA from the dealership. I know I am priority 15 on the VOC, but unsure how many allocations my dealership has for the Raptor for 2018. I want to say they got 6 2017's and still have one 17 on the lot, so I know they should be receiving some. My order number is also 0001, so is that the first order they have put in for the 2018 model. They said I was the first person to place an order for 2018 model at the dealership.

the website (COTUS) can't be used for Raptors. Use the Ford Performance Chat . https://performanceparts.ford.com/contact-us/

Your order number has nothing to do with your order sequence/priority. For example- my order# is G001 (G is the first letter of my last name), however I am #7 of their 7 allocations for 2018s (not the first). The order#/format can be anything - other dealers use "1234' as the order#.

Others more knowledgable than me (I've learned this in the last month) can speak to the priority#, however I believe "10" is the lowest priority at the dealer level for normal customer orders.

Ray, on the chat.

Said my order is in the system, but has not been scheduled to built just yet. He said it would be sometime late July or early August and then 4-6 weeks after that before it is at the dealership. So looking at September or October with those figures as of now as it seems.

Guess I will keep checking every few weeks and see where I am at with it.
