Does it rust as bad as your bumpers?

I have the Throttle (had it for less than a year) and the tubing is already rusting around the front screen and in the back on the fog light bracket...

Home Depot in Houghton lake has deicer for a $1 a can... Maybe others do too..

I had a low temp washer fluid in a bottle for deicing and cleaning lights/Windows. Worked pretty well but I didn't have any major ice build up on my lights. Mostly slush.
