Linda and I want to thank Heather Jason and Mark for putting on another spectacular event. As always it was wonderful to get the truck out and enjoy the snow up north. It was great seeing everyone and putting faces to screen names. I meet a lot of great people and look forward to every GLRE event we can attend.
Big thanks to the Delta’s, great team, great time on the trails and off. Brandon you are a rock star, thanks for the help at the creek crossing, I know your were cold and wet when you came back across after being over there for more than an hour and I really appreciate the help moving the ice blocks on the far side, I know the video’s that have been posted make it look like the crossing was a piece of cake, but I was there and can tell you it was a bitch. The creek would freeze back over after 5 minutes and it took 10-15 minutes to pull the truck out of the slush on the other side and then throw 25-40 lbs blocks of ice out of the way before the next truck broke thru the ice. I’m glad we stopped after I went across, it was a really tough crossing.
Scott, I swear to you the pine trees were not that close to the trail during the pre-run down to the creek. Sorry that they moved / grew closer to the trail in the two weeks since we were there.
Joe, Nicole, I’ll be your chase truck anytime, you guys make such a great team and we look forward to working with you guys again. We had a great time.
Mark and Leanne, thanks for bringing the mobile pharmacy, and the third winch truck, I’m glad you guys were there to helped Joe and I.
Wilson, great cookies. Jack, sorry you had to leave so early, I’m going to find and keep a spare brake hose in my truck from now on. At the very least I will have a cap. To everyone else from Delta it was a lot of fun and I know I speak for Joe and Nicole when I say thanks for being great guests and abiding by the “no whiners” rule. We looking forward to the next event.
Keith & Linda

I'm thankful for everyone who made this event possible, all the participants, the sweet trucks we drove, the delicious drinks shared between us, the snow we played in, the money we won at the casinos... Sh*t is this a holiday? Someone pass the turkey.

Lol and hopefully the truck cap is raised next yr so I can help haze another Snoball first timer.

Weren't you just complaining in the SnoBall thread about how things went?

With gems like this:

And to respond to your statement the tortoise WAS trying to rid himself of the hares since day 1, so not my fault we ruined your experience.

I wasn't complaining! I was keeping from being a turtle having his underside picked apart by the vultures while lying on his back!

This was my first innocent comment before the onslaught (yeah I was somewhat venting, but harmlessly):

Liked the video! Evidence there were more than one turtles playing in the snow. Too bad we didn't travel in a bale.

"A group of turtles may be referred to as a bale, bevy, dule, jigbee, nest or a turn."

WorldTour made a very mellow thanks directed my way, so I responded with a completely chill thanks message to the entire weekend.

I'm a lover not a fighter, so I can't contemplate the hate bro.
