there is one other difference i found with the truck compared to the 2013. here is a light in the center console now. no more blindly feeling for the usb to plug in your phone. and now i can see all the change in the bottom down there.

2013 has same hole for light inside console, wonder if all it needs is a bulb !?!

Yes, they have made a change to the front differential assembly for 2014. When the dealership attempted to order one for my 2012, they were told it was incompatible and were given an alternate part number to order directly from the vendor/supplier. I should have paid closer attention to the part number, but it was abnormally short, only 4 or 5 numbers/letters. It would be interesting to find out exactly what the change was.

Day 40 w/o my truck and they we're given an estimated ship date for my front diff assembly of 12/9.

I don't know what is different on the 2014 but the 2013 got 35 spline axles.

The 2013 is 35 spline, 1.46" diameter, 1.49" at the splines. The 2010-2012 were 34 spline but I don't know the diameter of the axel.

Differences seem to be brused stainless dash instead of just plain silver , black speaker covers, dark gun metal door inserts, some difference in new rear axle, has large red sticker around it saying new stlye 2014 axle, lil different nav tid bits and supposedly a bump in factory limited speed to 110 mph up from 100, other than that no differences

Yes, i pushed it to about 105 then let off bc i was not sure what the toyos are rated for. So dont know if 110 is limit but at 105 governor had not yet kicked on.
