Nice! Was it as easy to install as everyone says?

yeah it was pretty easy, i just took my time and was really **** about everything, i took the tiedown's completely off and drilled holes into the bedrug where the screws for the tiedowns would go and then sandwiched the bedrug between the tiedown and bed, i figured just another way to hold the bedrug in at four solid anchor points. very happy with it.

Looks like you have the first generation tailgate assist from DeeZee. There is a newer/improved version out now, just FYI.
