Someone please tell me what wires to look for in the cab. I've got everything routed and zip tied up. Just new to know what wires I'm looking for to tap into.

here, on frf
grey/brown will show + when the doors lock.
blue/green shows + when drivers door unlocks
purlpe/grey shows + when passenger doors unlock.

this is a 5 wire reverse polarity system so the current changes depending on the signal sent. just connect whichever wire is + lock from the actuator to the grey/brown. depending on if you want the lock to operate with a single or double pulse determines which wire you will select for the unlock.

I gave up. It's 95% done beside hooking up the power. There's way to many wires. I'm gonna ride the Harley. I'll try again tomorrow.

Oh Fock! I just read the instructions on their website. It says to remove the Passenger kick panel. Well the damn instructions I got says remove the Drivers sill panel. WTF!? What do I do now? Someone just show me pics please. I have ADHD and work way better and faster with picture instructions. Everything I have is written instructions. This sucks.

I literally just did this exact mod two hours ago.

I ran the wire out the tailgate, over the rear passenger wheel well, and under the running board area. There is a small rubber plug there. It enters direct to the plastic door sill area. Run the wires there and then look for the gray/brown and blue/green wires. Tap and give it a try. Mine works perfect!

Sorry, no pics, but just stick your head under the running board and look up... Hard to miss.

Good luck!

I did it the hard way. I ran the long harness with the harness on the drivers frame rail all the way to the drivers fire wall. Fired the wires in the rubber boot that the other big factory harness enters the drivers firewall at, and got the wires in the drivers foot well area. I am very picky on how I do my electrical work and routing. I want a factory look so I zip tied it every 8 inches or so attached to the main harness. Wires coming in from the fire wall are routed with the harness that goes in the drivers sill panel wire harness. So basically I have the wires laying in the drivers sill plate wire harness area. I just need to know if I can tap into a set of wires in that harness or do I really need to run the wires to the passenger side.

Should be able to. Wire colors should be the same. What I did was tap wires with my multimeter on the audio tone setting. Press the lock button, if the audio tone changes you got the right wire. If it doesn't, keep looking. Did the same thing with the unlock button.
