2013 raptor no crank no start no dash wiring problems

I have a 2013 raptor that has no dash no start/ crank.
No communication to pcm, headlights stay on and heater fan stays on , no steering controls dash completely black out.
I started checking wires under dash moving around etc. then started in clicking harnesses and the one I in hooked was at drivers side at footwell below emergency brake - once this one disconnected all dash light up and everything works except no crank no start and the mileage is just dash lines , I noticed the mileage comes up for a few seconds then turned to dashes .

Any ideas on what’s wrong

Did you check fuse#27?

fuse 27 cranks but doesnt start. i think he has a different issue

Does the “key in ignition” chime work if you put the key in with the door open?

Yes if electrical connection is disconnected

Yes it chimes only when I did connect the electrical connection at drivers side floor area

Are those all splices???

Mileage all dashes makes me suspect PCM, were those three big connectors on it all good?

The pcm was replaced and it did the same thing within 30 minutes , I checked connections but can’t see any issues with it
