I have the 2011 decal on my 2010 hood. The color of the script is imbedded on the black vinyl to match the truck. The Ford dealerships can get them and will be able to for quite a while. Many specialty vehicles will have parts available for a long time. The 2012 hood is the same as the 2010-2011, so it will fit the same. The only issue is if you have a Race Red 2012, I don't think you can get the color option. They only had it as far as a red goes in the Molten Orange. All the other colors are the same. They're pretty expensive though. You'll be looking at around 700.00+ retail. Hope this helped a bit.
