Hey Raptor owners)

I have a big issue. My Raptor will not shift to 4x4. The IWE switch keeps clicking and Transfer Case does not shift to 4wd.

I used FORscan to look at the TCCM and noticed a voltage drop fron 12.5V to 6V after a click in the front engine area.

Did any one run into this? Im thinking its the TCCM module gone bad?

Thank in advance

What I'd check:

Battery / alternator : Check with a multimeter to see if they're running healthy.

Check the following fuses with a circuit tester: Fuse 68, Fuse 20, Fuse 26, Fuse 34, Fuse 54, Fuse 75,76 and 78. [I'm reading off a 2012 Fuse box diagram]

Inspect and clean your ground connections.

Check the IWE system and vacuum lines for any leaks.

Check the wiring from the TCCM, something might've been damaged or frayed.

Best of luck
