Here are some pics of a Long travel build we started a few weeks ago. This 2012 super cab Ford Raptor will be used as a pre runner as well as a daily driver. This build at the owners request we retain the stock seats but it will be fully caged. Here is the build list.
Alpha1 Raptor Long Travel Kit. Frame gussets, Billet UCA's, spindles and lower UCA's
Extended 300m heat treated CV's
Fabricated bed cage for long travel under spring suspension.
Fabricated 2" 120 chromo weld in roll cage. ( Stock Seats retained)
Alpha1 front fabricated bumper with cut off frame rails.
Alpha1 rear bumper with dove tail fenders.
King 3.0 Bypass and 2.5 coil overs and 2.5 bump stops in the front.
King 3.0 Bypass shocks and 2.5 bump stops in the rear.
Alpha1 trans cooler.
Alpha1 T/C power steering pump upgrade with HOWE cooler and filter.
Baja designs LED lights.
Stainless works headers.
BFG 37 x 12.5 x 17 PJT Tires
Method D2 17 x 8.5 rims.
Lowrance GPS.
VHF Radio.
