2012 ford raptor status thread

Just went to the dealer today to have service done on my current truck and what do I see in the back? Another 2012 Raptor. That is the third Raptor they have recieved and I still do not have a VIN. I asked for the inventory guy and he is on leave until Thursday. I will have a conversation with him and let you post how that goes.

Netix me and everybody I know took about 14 days from production to delivery. Good luck

Mine was basically three weeks from production to delivery but that was also slowed down by Christmas and New Years.

Not a clue what my delivery date will be. SVT said build date Feb 2 Delivery Feb 6. I don't think that is possible. Dealership today said build date is for building the frame and I won't see my truck for another 5 weeks according to THEIR update today. If that holds true, it will be 189 days from order. Even with this being a leap year, that is still over 1/2 of a year (183 being half). I give up. The truck shows when it shows.

Still no window sticker up.

Funny, the stealership told me this is the LAST vehicle they will have sold. After FORD took over, it's a new game there. Now, lets see how long it takes. Sticker says "convoy" not rail.

Let's hope no-one is in front of me, the front cam doesn't work in normal drive.

Now, time to "Raptorize" the garage (raise the ceiling fans, fully open door confirmation light, cut the extra metal bar off the door opener to garage door connection so I dont scrape the roof)

Your Raptor only has to go about 250 - 300 miles, so it could very easily be delivered by a Portable Parking Lot. ....(Transport Hauler)

Same here got my Vin this week & says Feb 20 build date. Ordered Nov 18 2011.
