Who did you threaten to CXL your order? The dealer or SVT? My dealer shows me his screen when he pulls it up and also shows me all the other trucks that are on order as well. I don't think it is the dealers issue. I think it is the way that ford pulls their orders.

Dealer. Suddenly their regional manager, or whatever her title, "pulled an allotment" from another area. The like Charlie Sheen, I was "Vinning"

Ok, figured I'd chime in here. Ordered on Nov. 4th and didn't really hear anything for a long time. About a week and a half ago I talked with the dealer again and they stated they didn't know any more information and gave me the regional manager contant information. I called her and really didn't get anywhere with that. I pretty much lit her up when she stated that there was nothing she could do. As another member stated, we are getting "Fiesta" service.

Anyway, called the dealership back tonight and was asked if I was the one that had been talking to the regional manager, after that they said she had moved it to a priority 01 and it should be getting pulled tomorrow. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll hear something by Friday that the order was pulled. I'll keep everyone posted.

After what Knine said though, I think getting in contact with your regional manager is the way to go at this point. Let them know your frustrations and try to get some action going on your orders. It is absurd that those of us that ordered before prodcution started are still waiting for orders to be pulled. If any of you are in the NW I'd be happy to supply the phone number of the regional manager to any of you to try and get something to happen.

Day 155. "In Production". :waytogo:
Window sticker STILL doesn't come up though (Yes, I put it CAPITOL letters and such). SVT was snippy with me "that's not an official site and you're not sup[posed to have access to it".

Just called SVT today to see if I might have a VIN. I talked to Jeff and the first question he asked me was why I was calling him and not my dealer. Sounds like SVT is getting tired of all the phone calls asking about VINs and build dates.

Well, here is what I think about them giving us some negative attitude about our 50k+ job security for them :flipthebird:

Its not SVT, the dealer gets allocated so many Raptors every month. Depending on the size of the dealer. My dealer gets 2 per month. The dealer is full of crap if they say they dont know when it will get built. They can talk with their inventory manager and find out when yours is in line to get allocated. I just got my VIN and build date this week. Order was placed Oct 14th. being built on the 20th of this month. Larder dealers = more allocation.

So something worked. Just got a build week of Feb 27th. Figuring I will finally see the truck around March 21st, 140 days.
