Can you personally make hardware changes to get an increased GVWR? Yes. Can you get Ford to "homologate" or certify it? I seriously doubt it.

There is a couple of companies that sell a rear suspension air bag helper or add a leaf or something similar that. Unfortunately I cannot recal the name of the companies.
Do you have to prove you can tow that much because the raptor has the power it could tow a small house lol. The suspension would blow out eventually. Maybe you can get a normal f150 rear suspension to pass the swap back.

I can see he's from Belgium too.
So Homologation is just the process to get a US import car to be legal in Belgium. There are a few changes to US cars that need to be done, in order to have a road legal car in Belgium (and Europe).
You need a rear fog light is one of those rules.

But I can see it's already on dutch license plates, so it's already imported then in the Netherlands?
I don't think you can change the max tow capacity.
I also remember that the SCAB had a lower tow capacity then the SCREW.
So perhaps you should get a SCREW raptor instead of a SCAB.

Another tip, there are good companies in the Netherlands to do the homologation for you, saves you a lot of worries.
