It just depends on your tire choice more than anything. If you stick with K02s, you probably won't have any rub. With Nitto Ridge Grapplers or Toyo RTs, you will get some rubbing at full lock. However, this can easily be fixed with perch collars or minor trimming on your fenders.
Hi Nick can you please send me a quote for the 602 in 20” with K02. Also do you know the weight compared to the OEM BL’s?

I’ve got to quit looking at these wheel threads [emoji20]

Anyone have experience regarding the Nitto RG 325/60/20 vs 35/12.5/20 with the VenomRex 601? Trying to figure out which ones to go with that will give it an aggressive poke without too much rubbing.

We run the 325/60/20 on our shop truck with the VenomRex 601 (and 602) 20" wheels. The wheels do rub at full lock due to the extra height and width, however, it is minor and trimming would eliminate it.

Here's a link to two albums that our truck was a part of for VenomRex marketing and photoshoots, this will give you an idea of overall fit:

601 20" Patina Bronze: Ford Raptor - 20" VR-601 Patina Bronze 20 photos · 768 views

602 20" Carbon Graphite: Ford Raptor VR-602 Carbon Graphite 20 photos · 80 views

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Those VenomRex 601's look great on a Raptor!

Yes they do and the 601 Carbon Graphite and Mystic Black will be back in stock within the next week after being on national backorder for nearly 6 months! We have guaranteed inventory if you're interested!

Yes sir, PM inbound! The 20" 602 wheels are 28.9lbs. The 2017-18 beadlock wheels weigh 37lbs each.

Any threads or YouTube videos on the trimming process? Haven't ventured off from anything other than stock on any of my Raptors.

I am planning on adding a 2.25 collar to help out a bit and to get some height up front? That should level it out correct?

Correct, this should level it out.

We haven't filmed a video of it or even completed the trimming on our truck. It's so minor that we didn't even bother.

34mm (OEM offset) - 12mm (601s and 602s offset) = 22mm or 0.866142 inches.

601s and 602s is a 9inch wide wheel which means .25 inches will be on either side. So .25" + 0.866142" = 1.116

so the edge of the wheel will be pushed out 1.116" when compared to oem wheel.

I was wrong about 1.3" sorry.

So the 325/60 should be pushed out additional .3 inches making the total 1.416 correct?

Are you asking what would happen if you had a 325 on the 601s? You would NOT be 0.3 out. Wheel offset dictates how wide you would be and not tire width. And yes a 325 is a wider tire but the width would be pinched by the wheel. I hope this makes sense.

So the 325/60 should be pushed out additional .3 inches making the total 1.416 correct?

You'll get the wider footprint of the tire and you will get a little more sidewall width from the added tire width as well. But not the full 10mm width from the tire, it would only be an extra 5mm so your'e talking about less than 0.25".
