$2.99 Sub Modification

Okay so im trying this mod however; its not going so well. I think the sub is glued into the box. It also looks like there is an amp mounted next to it.

Any suggestions? Anyone else have a similar set-up?

If you turn it over is there a bolt down the middle? If so that needs to be removed. Also it may just be the giant magnet sticking to something metal

I removed that bolt. You can see glue under that bolt between the magnet and the plastic box. I tried to pry lightly with a screwdriver but no luck.

Yes you need to remove this bolt also.

I removed that bolt.

My guess is Ford made a change at some point. What year are your trucks?
