radius means not all the light is shining forward so no you will not have as bright of light straight ahead but a lot of light front and side.


That's how I see it playing out. If the optics follow the radius, the light won't be as focused as a comparable straight bar, so forward light will be less.

I could be a professor just don't ask me to spell it. I finally have time to go to school if I did what would I go for? <that sounds smart assed not meant to be lol.

The BAR is radiused. All of the optics are pointing straight ahead.

Rigid Industries' RDS Series puts out more light than their straight bar according to RI.



But the LUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure you're being sarcastic. If you want to talk about a metric for comparing lights then LUX is better than LUMENS.

I think it's actually a few inches longer than their 50" light bars.

You can envision how awesome it will look above the windshield and how it will make the straight light bars look once you see it...
