Doing some SW headers and a dirty deeds 24" install. Anyone else run into something not fitting? What are we doing wrong here? It looks like the connection isn't going to match up and figured I'd solicit ideas before chopping and welding.

Mainly what @Vash said. Add a flange. I bought the SW with the Y-pipe thinking my cat-back @dirtydeeds system would just bolt up, but it did not work that way. I had a very early (1st off the jig) Dirty Deeds that was all one piece from the cat-back, not sure if it has changed. Keeping with my trend of doing things the most expensive way possible, I had Keith cut the Y-pipe off and build a custom X-pipe and full dual exhaust/mufflers all the way back. It sounds incredible, it's fairly unique, and I'm not losing the completely unnoticeable amount of horsepower.

I started with a 16" and switched it out after a long road trip. It wasn't terrible, but louder than I wanted cruising at 75. I really can't tell much of a difference between the 16" and 20" when you get on the pedal.
