I installed my 24" last week. I have to say I love the way this exhaust is located and mounted. It's the reason I ordered it and was not disappointed, it's solid once you bolt it up! Just some around town driving so far. The wife hardly noticed the change from the passenger seat. It really quiets down around 2000 rpm but when you step on it screams! Doing a road trip in a couple weeks, hopefully after that the wife still doesn't notice it

Received my Dirtydeeds 20" a few days ago and installed it today. 5 minutes to remove the old system and 5 minutes to install the Dirtydeeds. The only issue I have is where do I bolt this bracket to?

BTW, both @CrownOffroad and @dirtydeeds were great to deal with.

You drill a 1/4" hole right into that support bucket and bolt it in. I used a lock nut, but you could use a lock washer as well. That is the bracket that makes that thing practically indestructible!!!!!!! Note - make sure to put a jack under there so you can adjust the height that you want the exhaust to sit at. Then you can squeeze under and mark where you want the hole.

@Bulletnjm thanks for paging RubyRed

@2014RubyRed Awesome! Thanks for the quick response! All done. Went 5/16" for the supplied bolt.

How did it work out on your trip? Thinking the 24" is going to be the most tame version.

The exhaust works great. I towed my trailer (7700 lbs) on a 500 mile round trip plus off road miles. In the right range you don't notice it, with the trailer on hills it can be a bit loud. I plan on doing some sound deadening to remedy that as 90% of the time it is just fine. I would recommend the exhaust and love the exit point. I have not hit it in the desert, and obviously don't have issues with my springs rubbing it!
