Grabbers are a good inexpensive tire. But they are far from great in the snow and ice (I have had two sets of Grabber AT2s on old trucks). They may work well in Arizona, but in the north, there are plenty of better options.

When it's time for new tires, I'll be going straight to Duratracs. I haven't had BFGs before this Raptor so we'll see how they do in New England winters and trail rides, but for many many years, Duratracs have been pretty much the best all around AT tire, price not withstanding.

This is true.... don't know anything about performance in ice and snow. Not really sure where OP is located either. Thanks for the insight!
