I purchased those as well. I did not have to use them however, as I was able to use a trim tool and carefully popped off my grill all my Clips are still good.

Actually, I did have to replace the clips; the old ones worked but were way too loose second time around...BUT these new slightly larger ones WORK GREAT!
If you plan to remove and then replace the front facia, get these clips!

I just got my light delivered ,how long to do install?
Remove grill - 5 minutes. Make sure you have replacement clips as the OEM ones mess up getting them off.
Install light - Like 15 minutes.
Wiring - Wild card. Depends how OCD you are. Took me like hour to figure out where and how to run the cable and then connect up.
