Just wait until your truck is delivered to the dealership just for them to say that they need to order parts to do a recall before they can sell it to you. Now, all the waiting prior seems to be a major annoyance compared to the frustration of knowing that the truck is sitting at the dealership and they never preemptively ordered parts (rivets) for the fix.

Why I called my dealer. They were ordered with my VIN...

I know that Ford estimates 14-18 days to reach my dealer. The truck does not show to have shipped yesterday, so it will have to arrive in less than 18 days to hit the 1/30 ETA.

We all know what will really happen, the 1/30 ETA will move to sometime in February or March in the next 7-10 days.

Your truck probably had that bad battery issue. So the one worker who went to move it last week couldn't turn it on, so they said F it and shipped the truck next to yours instead. They haven't gotten around to installing you a new battery yet lol

i feel like i'm one of the only ones from 10/11 stuck in "In Production" purgatory still.

i love how i have a delivery ETA of 1/21 and the truck hasn't been released from the plant. it will forever perplex me why the communication has been so incredibly terrible from Ford to customers, hiding real reasons. honestly goes a long way...

This is great you guys are finally getting shipped out! FML what a long wait.

We are flying back to the CHI today for the Snoball raptor event this weekend. Really wish the truck was here!

I think the guys going rail have a better chance of us convoy guys. Have a lot of friends in the trucking industry, crazy whats going on there.
