Curious if there was an overall hold like with what we are seeing now or if they've been more individualized per the build. This is the first time we're experiencing a no **** embargo on Raptors coming out of Dearborn since the Gen 3 came out. The only posts I've seen of people taking delivery recently were the guys that made it out and shipped before Columbus Day. Anybody after that it seems hit the wall. This sucks harder than earlier this summer when we had the 9/27 fiasco, at least we had dates to look forward to. Trying to stay positive it will be here November
What do you mean by 9/27 fiasco?

Is there a trick to getting results from the shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking site? All day it has either been telling me to enter a valid order#/Vin combo, or it simply refreshes the screen and takes me back to blank fields on the webpage. I have only been able to get results a few times over the last 4-5 days. Thanks!

My delivery was supposed to be 10/31. A week before the tracker updated to 12/31, a few days later it changed to tbd and it still says that. I contacted FP for the first time in about a month on Wednesday his what they said.
Ha. I called and talked to Jeremy, he said the exact same thing to me

I run into the same problem all the time. Sometimes clearing your cache and cookies does the trick, but I find the most reliable way to get the data is to hit the API itself. Use this URL substituting your order number and vin:
ie: If my order number was 1234 and my vin was 1234567890, the URL would be
Then just bookmark that and use it for future queries.

Thanks for the help. It seems like I did get a response, but it is all text (possibly raw HTML?). Any way to get the is converted back to graphical?

I was able to get it to work by using the format of: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status.html?ordernumber=1234&vin=1234567890 but I am not sure if it will continue to work. This gave me active links to window sticker and resolved the HTML to a webpage. Thanks again for your help!

And then a lot of us myself included were moved and built the week of oct 10 th. Our trucks have Been built for 4 weeks now and are on chip hold with no eta
