Did that break the mounting tab (left side in the picture) also? I never saw anything like that before.
It’s in one piece. Once the supports in the middle buckle it’s far more likely to do it again under less strenuous circumstances. Cobb ran into issues with this when tuning the gen 3. I’m a little surprised I had issues since my truck was entirely stock. My conclusion was that with a clean filter Baja and sport pull enough air that the problem can arise if you’re on the throttle hard.

I recently installed the AFE sealed CAI with the scoop and dual pipes it's was regular 735 I got open box for 350 on American trucks ,you can definitely feel a difference ,seems to be more responsive and builds boost faster ,on my 20 5.0 coyote the CAI seemed to kill the power.

@Coleblack That’s an awesome deal man curious to know which AFE did you get and what year Raptor are you in?
There’s many that are skeptical about CAI benefits but I honestly believe their benefitiak and worth the jump if someone had the money and wants to make some improvements here and there.

I'm in a 24 with 1300 miles ,if purchased the xp ,I also went ahead and installed the pulsar xt seems to pull a lot harder ,I guess it will have to do until they unlock the pcm on these things ,I'd really like to run ethanol as it is readily available near me.@relentlesone1000006908.jpg

I got the S&B CAI for my 2024 3.5, but haven’t installed it yet. I want to get the first dealer oil change out of the way before installing it. Not expecting big gains from it, but I had an S&B on my 17 Denali 6.2 and it made a very noticeable difference and sounded great. I’m also planning to do a Goosetune and intercooler upgrade once the 24 ECU is cracked, so laying the foundation for more power down the road

Yup exactly my approach too, intercooler and turbo smart will be my next big purchases @darkryder right now I have the Corsa CAI with the pro filter coming in, boost tubes from K&N, and a Boomba BOV, so I’m close to ready for when the ecu is able to be tuned by @GooseTuned but I know that’s gonna be a minute. The only other thing I see folks get to prep and I’m not sure how helpful these are but it’s the cold spark plugs, 170 deg thermostat, SPD down pipes which I don’t think they have fitment yet for ‘24s. Outside of that I don’t think there’s much else for ‘24s performance wise we can get right???
I mean Unless you go and replace your turbos for bigger turbos…but that’s a major overhaul and expense for a mostly pavement princess.
