Week old first raptor owner here. Purchased off a lot locally, happened to have he specs I was looking for. Had it’s first bath yesterday and it was the first time I looked it over super close.

Started noticing the door gaps being off. Specifically the passenger side front door sticks out some and even odder, driver side sticks in a little.

I have included pictures. Not sure if I’m being ocd or if this is not right. Any input would be great as I don’t have a local lot with any other new Raptors now

I'd visit the dealer and ask them to adjust the doors. That isn't right. Any decent body shop should be able to fix it without too much effort.

It would be a little shocking that a vehicle passed QC with that bad of a misalignment, but it seems that it is par for the course for Ford to miss QC issues coming off the line.

Looks off. Here is my passenger side. I could nit pick maybe but I can’t see as much off as your picture. Go to dealer and demand them to check. Should be the same on all F150s.

I have a few alignment issues with my 2018. The tailgate sits 2-3mm too close to the driver side, creating a noticeably larger gap on the right side than the left.

Driver door was too close to the fender which caused rubbing/slight binding that damaged the paint each time I opened the door. Dealer fixed the door issue but said there's no adjustments for the tailgate.

That’s horrible. Mine are tight and aligned. I purchased a used F150 Plat SCREW a few years ago and after noticing the door gap and some overspray, found out it had been heavily wrecked and hastily put together. The dealer knew this and had told me in writing that the truck had never been wrecked... needless to say, I won!

I guess, I'm not the only one. My doors are fine, but the hood on the passenger side was sitting well below the fender. I was able to adjust the hood bumper up and fix that, but the gap between the hood and fender is a bit wider than on the drivers side. For this much money, you'd expect QC to be better.
