I notice the front sups gets pretty loud when cold. I wonder if wrapping them in a sound deadener would help? During cold weather only of course.

What's your definition of cold ?
They're marginally louder at -35 up here, but so is everything. I'd be looking for something loose if I were you.

It was 89-90 here last week. Today is 45. Insane country. Sounds like a door is not closed all the way.

Fox shox rattle

Man I wish I knew of a way to quiet down the front Susp. Seems when it's colder it's worse. Sounds almost like a door is open. Every raptor I've driven sounds like this. If you only drive a raptor you probably get used to it. But I don't.

Turn the radio up another click or two and it goes away. It's a performance shock on a Ford. These trucks make noises and that just comes with the territory of owning an F150. Whether we like to admit it or not, the same guy that builds that ****** XLT probably put the doors on your SVT Raptor right after that XLT moved past on the assembly line.
