Agreed. I have a 2024 801A on the way and was planning on buying the FP tune for it. The tune is not currently available for 2024 and even if it was, I would not spend the money for it. I will likely cancel my 2024 order and wait until Gen 4.

Here is another theory: Ford Performance will release another tune for 2024+ that has better numbers than 2022-2023 tune since the 2024+ is the latest generation and they want it to compete with the RHO.

Is this tune even going to be available for the 2024? I have a 2024 on the way and was waiting for the tune announcement thinking it would be similar to the Ranger improvements but after seeing this, I might just cancel the truck purchase and wait for a real performance bump in 2026 or later.

I just locked up a 2024 801A in Avalanche for $73,905, which is $6,530 (8.1%) under MSRP or $1,569 (2%) under invoice. Granger is offering orders on 2025s at $2,000 under MSRP.

I imagine it will remain a paid upgrade in the future especially since the tune is not CA / 50 state compliant.

I use my Ford ramps all the time on my f150. This will be a major annoyance if they don’t release a new version that is compatible.
