No - installer makes cuts right at graphic application and its an invisible seem. The graphics are Matte so gloss film would mess up the look. Honestly I’ve never found I needed to PPF more the the first 3 inches of the hood given the height of the truck (it’s a lot different than a sports car...
Just back from paint correction, front PPF as well as those stupid gloss black B pillars, tint and ceramic coating. Up next retrax pro lx and then maybe some racks, retractable tent and lights up front
My local shop said it did not after calling real truck. I went with the RETRAX PRO XR so I can add side rales. I saw a good option to add the remote to the inside of the truck bed rather than keep on keychain so I think aside from programming to the OEM keyfab its pretty similar.
Something is clearly wrong with your truck @AZ Raptor. My truck was built and shipped and delivered within a 3.5 week window. It only had 14 miles on the ODO so someone is driving/testing your truck a lot. If you end up getting it make sure you know your lemon laws for the state assuming you...
@Stormtrooper i think you’ll be fine. Mine seems to be in great shape with zero issues (built 4/3). I suspect they figured out the early production issues
only issue thus far is my CarPlay yesterday was cutting out every few minutes. it was pretty annoying but pretty minor IMO for a mass produced car. No engine vibration or delayed starts, loose panels etc.
Sorry guys - mine doesn’t do this vibration thing. Dealer said he made a point to put premium in for first fill up but no idea if that would make any difference
I heard that driving in 4a was bad for the truck in normal dry pavement. But is that only with 4h/l on the super duty differential.my r also defaults to 4a I. Sport mode as well.
Yep dealer emailed me today about the code. No more cards I guess. Funny even the SA and GM don’t know this. lol.

My dealer called me about the card. He said it was very odd and that some of their f150s (non raptor) had shown up recently without the outside keypad at all.
I recall reading here sometime back that ford was getting rid of this feature in 2024so maybe they are phasing it out or at least some...
Thanks to this forum I checked all the seats to ensure everything matched, checked for gaps and left on plastic.
The only thing my truck had was no secure code card to open the door. Dealer said there is a way to hack it but honestly never used it before so I don’t really care.
