The EV tax credit is a credit against your total tax liability for the year. It’s not based on the number turbo tax spits out at the end for your refund. It’s based on the total tax you owe for the year. It’s capped if you owe less than $7500 (or whatever the amount based on specs and # of...
I thought about doing this too a few months ago. My CU that I use won't do a cash out vehicle loan right now because of the pandemic. Too bad because rates are crazy low right now and lots of other opportunities to beat that rate and make money elsewhere.
I got a Smittybilt 5.56 CFM - 2781. Look up some videos on it. It can inflate 35's very quickly, quiet and a decent price. I got mine for $137 on sale.

I mainly went with this unit over the Viar or the ARB because of price since I wont be using it often but wanted something decent.
I do this fairly frequently and like a lot of responses I do tailgate up, strapped down and/or something heavy on the inside of the boards. I have no problem with it but HD is <5mins from my house on side roads so I dont worry about it too much.
I specifically got a hard rolling tonneau cover so I could lay my mtb in the truck bed and lock it up. If im just going out to the mountain and back I just throw it in...but it gives me the option if I need to make stops. When I lay my bike down it basically barely fits with the cover over and...
TRX Base Price: $70k; Raptor Base Price: $53k
IMHO - Raptor looks way better but I think everyone here is a little bias.
Its good timing for Dodge since there will be no 2021 Raptor. Also good timing for Ford in case they need to pivot to come out with something better.
I made my own out of a shackle hitch with the shackle removed and hitch on its side. Got a longer bolt to the end of the flag pole and bolted it through. Worked great and easily removable. Just remember to also get some pipe insulation or a noodle to wrap around the pole so it doesnt scratch...
I have this one: Ryobi
Well the previous version without the handle and wheels. The best feature is that its small and you can tuck it away on a shelf. No proprietary fittings which means you can get different nozzles and guns. To wash my car I use a short gun with a foam cannon from Amazon...
The door "ding" appearance I think is from stamping aluminum. I think all F150's have it. I too had to adjust my quality expectations before getting this truck coming from BMW. Once you do that its no big deal.
I have the d ring bed bolt set up in mine. Definitely nice. I have my tool box secured down with the ones closest to the cab. I also have the factory bed liner. I pulled the liner off the bolts when I took them out. Much cleaner that way. Before I took them out I scored the edge with a knife so...
I just got this mount too because of this post. I really like how unobtrusive it is.
No wireless charging because of the plate. I tried it.
The plates are super thin. You can put them between your phone and case and its completely un-noticable. I didnt even stick it to the phone. Just placed...
So on that wheel the plastidip is separating on the very edge of the wheel. I will have to re-do that one. I found the other wheels ive plastidipped its a similar thing. The tire machine pulls on the lip a little too much. Luckily its only like $20 to re-do the dip.
Holding up great. No peeling or chipping or anything. I did have a nail in one of my tires just recently and the tire shop had to take the tire off to patch it.
I went with gorilla but don’t have much time on them to give a long term opinion. Way better quality than factory.
I can’t believe the ones they put on the truck originally.
I’ve read good things about both. I think my final decision was price based.
I have the ramps. No tailgate extender but I do have a tonneau cover. I have the truxedo sentry ct hard rolling cover and both fit together fine. My truck came with them off the dealer lot so it wasn’t something I spec’d.
I think it it’s a great option if you dirt bike or haul 1 quad. It’s...
Remember the 34 degree side angle at Raptor Assault is controlled with a very "sticky" surface. When I was there the instructor said in trail conditions you will likely slip before you can get to that angle and could potentially flip if the tires got caught while you slip. I don't have much off...
I used a ford touch up pen on mine and it’s obviously not perfect but only noticeable if you really look. That’s a good place to start and if you aren’t happy move on to the much more expensive options. There’s lots of good videos out there about fixing chips with touch up paint.
I plan on vinyl wrapping mine with matte black. I have the vinyl but haven't gotten around to it. You can get enough on ebay for less than $10. If you search there is a video DIY on removing the pieces and wrapping them. I think they are fairly easy pieces to wrap if you have never done it...
Mine does this too. I asked the dealer to check it out at the first oil change and they said its normal. Its weird, my other car with ACC doesn't do this. Just how they designed the system I guess.
