I don't get offended at anything really. You're entitled to your opinion.
But if you really think it's a dumb thread then why even post in it? You just had to let everyone know that you think it's a dumb thread?
Cool bro, good for you, you think this thread is dumb. Thank you for taking...
Thanks

That's always the case. Especially with the "B" word lol.
Where I grew up, if you're going to call someone a bitch, you better be prepared to dodge a fist before you finish your sentence.
DTI!!! duhhhh.... I completely forgot about that shit hahaha.
Just did the math, and with the Raptor it puts my take home DTI at 48%, and according to Wells Fargo that's considered a "Fair" DTI for Gross income.
My gross income DTI with the Raptor is 35% which is considered a good DTI...
how so? All i did was explain the purpose behind this thread. I don't believe i called him a bitch or any other name in my post.
Now calling someone a bitch online is being a keyboard tough guy.
When you're in unfamiliar territory, it would be foolish to not ask directions. I've never been in at this point before. Where it is actually plausible that I can afford a Raptor. I was hoping to get some insight from people who might have been in my shoes. Where they weren't quite sure if they...
And yet you're still here being a douche. I can't say that I'm surprised after reading some of your other posts.

2011/2012's still go for around $35k-$40k in my area, and interest rates on used vehicles are always higher. Yeah I'll have a lower payment but it's still a bad deal imo.
Believe it or not, my wife actually wants me to get it lol. She told me that I deserve it because I've been working 60 hour weeks for the last 8 years. I've always driven the older vehicles and never owned a vehicle that I actually wanted. I've never even bought anything big for myself before. I...
I'm just trying to get some perspective from people who own a raptor and maybe have been in my same situation where they had fought themselves on getting one and to know why they ended up getting or not getting oit. I mean to some people only having $1500 a month to spend on luxuries isn't close...
I'm buying the truck out of state for MSRP. The area I live in there isn't a single dealership marking them up less than 20k. Some are marking them up 25-30k markup. A dealer by my house had 4 raptors with 802 packages on the lot for $105,000 after markup. So for the area I live in the market...
yeah but that price is most likely a reflection of the mark up that was most likely paid by the original buyer. I have an opportunity to buy a new 2018 Gen2 for sticker. I will have an additional 10k equity in the truck.
My wife's take home is after her 401k is taken out, and I have a profit sharing my employer adds about $5,000 to every year.
I have about 4 months expenses saved for emergencies.
We have 1 child with college savings account. We put $100 a month away.
Payment breakdown:
Total Cost...
I need some different perspectives. I'm about a month out from placing my order so I'm starting to do some serious thinking about if I really can afford the raptor. I took my my monthly household income, and subtracted all my utilities rounded up to $100. Meaning my electric bill is usually...
Feel better?

They had used a couple used raptors. I think one of them had a little over 2,000 miles and they were asking $95k. If they're actually getting...
I'm on a waiting list for a 2018 Raptor. I was able to find a dealer that is selling them at sticker but for a limited amount. I think they have a list of 50 people and I'm #47 hahaha. Anyway, while getting it at sticker is an amazing deal, the price of the truck is still pretty hefty. Even...
