I have the Retrax Pro MX on my black Raptor and it works perfectly and looks super clean. Highly recommend!

Don't use the remote access app, use Ford Pass. If you do it that way you don't have to get the SIM information. My understand is only the dealer can get you the SiM info. I asked my dealer and he told me to use ford pass which allows you to remote start the car as well
