Changed from Magnetic to Avalanche Gray. Paid MSRP in Virginia back in mid Sept.

I had a VIN and build date and changed the color about 2.5 weeks from the build date. Dealer said the cutoff is generally 2 weeks out. I almost didn't ask because I heard the VIN meant no changes. Glad I asked. My Raptor was built last week!

Follow up question. I was looking at the BAK Flip F1, and Line X says that they sell the BAK Flip F1 but it is under a different name for Line X use. Anyone have any issues with the Line X version of the F1? Thanks.

My Magnetic was to be built 25 Oct, but I changed the color to AG 2 weeks ago, so no delay with Mag.

For everyone's knowledge, you can change your color after you get a VIN. My build is 25 Oct and on Tuesday I put in a color change from Magnetic to AG. Dealer said the cutoff is generally about 14 days before build in which you can change it. The change took and my build date did not change...

I ordered mine on 9/17 and was given a VIN and build date 5 days later. Build date of 26 Oct. I think I got lucky with a small dealer with his 1st of 2 allocations.

Pulled the trigger last week on a '17 Magnetic SCREW! Build date 26 Oct and can't wait! Happy to be a part of the forum!
