It was an O-ring for the transmission wires that was leaking. Seems to be a fairly common problem on these trucks. I've seen a few other post from other guys with the same problem. All is good now though. Can't wait to do some wheelin out here shortly. Been seeing a lot of Raptors most of them...
Hey got an update for everyone. Sarasota Ford fixed the truck. They replaced a transfer case motor but didn't say anything about repairing the vacuum lines. It's just back on the main line but they didn't specify what they did to it. As long as it works I'm happy. Of course after it all gets...
My truck has 38,xxx miles. I just booked an appointment with Sarsota Ford a dealealwrahip about an hour and half from where I live. They have a Raptor division over there so I feel confident that they will get it fixed.
Hey guys sorry it took so long to get back to this post. Recently took the truck into the local Ford stealership and of course they claim nothing is wrong. They said it came from the dealership like that. I insisted it wasn't right but they were 100% sure it was fine. Then they brought there...
Sorry it took so long I have been very busy.

LOL idk why they are sideways
Your advice was good. I pulled back the rubber molding on the pillar and sure enough there was a hole leading right above the engine bay. Thank you! You wouldn't happen to know anything about the resonance dampeners they send with the lights? I haven't installed them yet and the light makes a...
Ok thanks I'm going to give that a try. I wish someone was open that I could call that has done one before. Thanks again. Anymore suggestions are appreciated.
I've got the brackets installed and the light on. I can't figure out where to run the wire for the aux hook up. I've got it running down the passenger side....
I'm going to try and replace the vacuum valve and see if that solves my problem. Location of the valve? Going to have my mechanic put it in and buy the part from stealership.
Thanks again for the replys. This is a huge help. You really narrowed it down for me. I was at the stealership yesterday and the guy had no clue until I pointed it out not to mention I'm out of my warranty so I told him to just stop what he does doing b/c he was clueless.

Thanks for the info! That would explain why when I put the line back on today the truck acted as if it were in 4wd...I wonder what it could be and why they did that?
Hey guys I have a 2010 Raptor with the 6.2L in it. My question is about the 4wd solenoid lines...one of my lines is disconnected and where it goes is capped off. I got it from the dealership like this and the 4wd works fine. Today I was at Ford getting some starting and ignition issues looked at...
