Agree with the previous posts. Open up your hood and look and see where the fog wiring is wired up to. If they're wired up to Aux 2-4 you should see connections on the Green/Brown (Aux 2), Green/Blue (Aux 3) and Brown (Aux 4).

Do both 8mm bolts (4 in total) have to come out or just the 2?

So Baja designs listed those as 10mm bolts. I guess they are 8mm. I am trying to loosen them now. I have to do it from under the truck because I cannot get the trim piece just below the grille to pop off. My fingers are raw!
