    The best thing to do is undo all the wiring, check the light bar directly to battery for function, like The Macf stated, then go over the up fitter switches ( use a test light) make sure there functioning correctly, you probably will find the error while starting over.

    You answered your own question, and over looked it, you used the rigid harness, wired it to your battery, and you also used your up fitter switch, you have 2-powers now. your pass through wire should go direct to light bar 12+, and ground the bar to chassis or battery.
