Haha! I took my truck in to Ford for the 10,000 mile service and they refused to rotate the rears to the front because they were so worn out. I have the ESP up to 100,000 miles, but with a max of 10 services, so I didn't rotate at the 5,000 mile service from a local oil change shop. The fronts...

That is a good deal, IF there was not damage, but there is.
I would factor in the cost of replacing the engine cover, hood liner, etc.
I suggest that you see if there is a satisfaction guarantee where you could take delivery, have it assessed by mechanic who is proficient at checking the...
So, a CAI increases turbo noise? That is GREAT! I really like the turbo noise but have to have my windows down to hear it when it is really spinning fast.
So, if I want to hear more turbo noise, I should stay away from enclosed CAI's? Does anyone have a recommendation?
I have a love/hate...
Like many, I assumed that the Raptor Assault School was run by Ford Performance. In fact, it is NOT.
RA is owned by one person who has a contract with Ford. The school is actually his business. So, if Ford won't pay him for your attendance, then don't expect much from the school.
That owner...
I just had this fixed on my 2020. I off-road every two to three weeks, high-speed, as the truck was intended.
At about 10,000 miles (last month) I noticed that the steering wheel was loose. It had a bit of play in it and I could slightly rock it when moving it forward and back.
I took it in...
This exact thing happened to my little dog.
I have the exact situation. My old lab has bad knees and I have to lift her in.
The old little dog in front is not the one. Beans was put down a few months ago. Frank is the old lab in the back. (Frank and Beans @Oldfart, and they are both girls)
Let me know next time you are heading down to Baja. I am going March 30 to April 5. Also, the Baja 500 is June 9th and runs right through my neighborhood. It is always cool to set-up a grill, coolers, and corn hole.
My understanding is that these lights are installed upside down. There are two ways of having "Rigid" read right side up, you either purchase additional mounting hardware, take the lens off and reinstall it right side up.
It looks like you have the addition hardware. Were the lenses ever...
Here is an interesting article. It is informative regarding the measure used to rate "hardness". It states that, according to the scale, 9H is the upper limit and that any product claiming a higher rating is full of dooky.
Adam's claims this... huh? Click this link, then look at the picture...
That seems a bit high for the ceramic treatment. I had it done on mine the day after I bought it, so I wasn't charged for any paint correction and sweet talked him into $600 including tip (talk to me @Oldfart). But, paint correction is the most important part.
I did my wife's car myself...
I use the connectors that have a solder ring and have a seal that melts to the wire coatings, making it water proof. I also put a heat shrink over that for good measure. It is a solid connection.
Also, when you upgrade to NON-CHINESE lights, be sure to get a set that has an aftermarket wiring...
Haha! Yes, this forum will cost a lot of money down the road. But, you will have such a badass modded truck. And, the support you will get on this forum is priceless. Just try to work-in some wording in your posts that @Oldfart can spin into a sexual reference. It always improves the thread...
Here is a picture of the harness that Adam from 4x4TruckLeds provided a link to in his previous post.
It uses heat-shrink crimp connectors for the three wires. Each wire is labeled A, B, or C. The connections for each light are also labeled so that you plug the appropriate lights. It is that...
I HIGHLY recommend the wiring harness from 4x4TruckLeds. It makes it super clean and easy. No need for splices.
It is also long enough to run the harness over your radiator, under the plastic molding. I have seen videos and pictures of people running the wiring above the skid plate. To me...
Ha! I am glad that this thread popped up! I would love to sound proof the entire cab, but would definitely need advice... I am definitely buying the material. @The Car Stereo Company, which product would you recommend and how much would I need. Also, when can you hop on a plane and help me out...
