ADD has told me its out of warranty but they will send me some touch up paint. I have sent a 2nd email today requesting touch up paint but have heard nothing back. My issue they REFUSE to answer is why only my rear bumper is rusting and not my front? Did they have an issue with a batch of...
Dumb question but how do I interface with my audiocontrol amp via analog? Do I need x2 mono RCA to a stereo RCA? The Zen outputs a mono RCA for + and - for each speaker channel and my Audiocontrol has 6 inputs .

Good looking stall thus far and thanks for sharing. It appears you ran your power and ground under the truck? Is it 1/0 gauge? Do you think a 1/0 gauge could be run inside the truck without issue? I'm swapping out my 4 gauge run (firewall along passenger side trim) for some 1/0 and upgrading...
Well they offered to send m
e some touch up paint so looks like my only option. Id like to get a thread on her going of people with similar issue and see of they had a bad paint batch or something.
It stays relatively clean at this location but we are just coming out of winter here so i haven’t gotten any off road yet. Seemed to stay clear of the slush and salt.
ARB twin compressor and tank installed on frame rail under passenger side with air hose run to rear bumper. Wired to AUX 6. Plenty of room and straight forward install.
This bumper is 18 months old and rusting in spots. Anybody else had similar issues? Maybe it was a bad batch of paint. It’s unfortunately out of warranty and I’m waiting to hear back what I should do. I have the front bumper and it is fine.
What is everybody doing with the USB ports? I'm assuming they maintain connection to the sync module and operate normally but I'd like to maybe change one of them to the tablet USB. I was also thinking of running the tablet ports into the center console.
So what implication does this have in the B and O stereo in regards to the subwoofer? Can the stock amp be removed and replaced or do you have to still run the stock amp out into the high level input of an aftermarket amp?
AMS performance in Chicago area is looking to test an intake and intercooler. They would need the truck for 2 days and give you discounts on parts and I believe free labor. They need a 2018 Raptor with the stock bumper and a 2017+ F150 eco boost. Contact information is below...
There is drone above 3500K or so when under acceleration but it disappears once up shift and RPMs settle to cruising. This in only on the highway. City driving up to 50-55mph there is zero drone. I did the install and its fairly easy.
I've had my FP Sport for 8,000 miles or so and it has been great. Drone disappears once up to highway cruising speed. Nothing beats slamming it in sport mode and hearing it yell. I definitely prefer it over stock.
So I have been driving with the 2-1 setting in my 2018 and was on the highway the other night in some pretty severe winds. Cruising at 75mph, the turbo kept kicking in and backing off continuously for about 40 min. I suddenly had a wrench icon and the turbo cut out. I slowed down, exited...
Anybody here do offloading on ice in the winter? A buddy of mine has invited me to some ice track days on a frozen lake in central Wisconsin. Most of them are running studded Miatas and the like but people race everything. Curious what tire pressures are recommended to run with the stock bead...
Yes you must trim the shroud for the front bumper and remove the license plate mount on the rear which involves grinding down the welds. Very easy. They sell a bracket to relocate the adaptive cruise control module
Exactly.....I did haul my 27ft travel trailer when I just had it wired to the backup lights (no relay.switch yet) and it was not an issue. All my wiring is wrapped up in a loom and zip tied away so there is not much to see. It all runs up and behind the bumper/spare and is setup so you can...
This is how I wired my rigid spots so that they come on with the reverse lights but can also be turned on (lights have to be on of course) using an upfitter switch. This is the relay I purchased and I ran the AUX switch wiring (its the bundle of wires closest to the driver) inside the frame rail.
