My dealership ruled out new bolts and found a bad rear shock which solved the noise from rear.
I do not have a certain explanation on the tsb they mentioned earlier. Frankly after 3 service advisors i feel like these people are clueless.
I just had one of my rear shocks replaced and the whole clunky noise issue is resolved. Now there is still a hollow noise at low speed but i had similar noises on my 2014 and 2019; i won’t bother pursuing that.
I have a suspicion because first thing i noticed how much better truck felt on the road. Before it was mushy, very bouncy and had a nasty body roll around corners; not feels much better.

Honestly thinking trx would have been a solid option. I also dealt with 3 visits to the dealer on a check engine light and at the final visit they replaced high pressure fuel pump
It is definitely displeasing to drive a truck that makes hollow clicks and noises that portrays bad suspension component in any other vehicle in the planet. What is worse is being told by the dealers multiple times it is normal. I have a 997.2 gt3 on monoballs that is quieter
