Looks like a mall crawler, much prefer your Raptor work!

    Fuel Storage Options

Another versatile option is http://www.rotopax.com/Gasoline/ but they're even more $$ than the Ex-1 option above.

    His full exhaust didnt help

Yup, that's paint on his hood. I believe he's done the roof panel in black as well.

    Consumer Report: Most Reliable Automobiles

Ford is the best domestic but still came 10th... I wouldn't get too excited.

    Fuel Storage Options

Yep, their shop is just north of SLC. They built the bumper and sliders that I have on my FJ and they do quality work. The Geris are a little expensive but they are super tough, there are videos floating around of James (the owner) parking his FJ on top of one of the cans with no problem...

I know they sell identical "water" versions too, maybe they'll ship those? From their site:

Not sure if these are legal in California but I like the low profile design: Available from www.expeditionone.biz

Ford Raptor Exhaust Modification - Not What You'd Expect

Cutting of the last bit of tailpipe does not change the composition of the exhaust, he'll be fine when it comes time to do emissions testing.

Tasca Mod Shop Adds a Ford Racing 2.3L Whipple Twin Screw to the 5.4 Raptor

I don't see the benefit of going with a factory option if it doesn't maintain the factory warranty. Chances are the factory option will be priced at a premium compared to the aftermarket options and I don't see the value there without the warranty. It's nice to have choices though!

Ford Raptor Exhaust Modification - Not What You'd Expect

You may have an argument here if he removed a cat or some other functional part of the exhaust but he didn't. All he changed is where the gases get dumped.

Ford Raptor Exhaust Modification - Not What You'd Expect

If you break something abusing it off road then of course they will not cover it. Ford is not responsible for damage resulting from collisions, just like they are not responsible if you smash your diff on a rock in the desert; this is arguably abuse. Bolt-on mods are COMPLETELY different. I...

Ford Raptor Exhaust Modification - Not What You'd Expect

That's complete BS. The only thing he voided warranty on is the exhaust; end of story. What he has done affects no other part of the truck in any way. The Mag-Moss Act is not something that is "dropped" by people who mod vehicles, it is the LAW regardless of your relationship with the dealer...

    Your thoughts.

I understand, and they look like quality sliders but I think they would be more functional if the tube was set farther from the body to prevent gravel etc from being kicked up. Like this but with some thin plate on top: I'm not trying to argue or say what you've built already is no good...

    Your thoughts.

What I would like to see is something that looks like the stock running boards (maybe not quite as wide) but extend to the wheel wells and are stout enough to support the truck.

    Your thoughts.

The only sliders I have seen looked like they were tucked under the rockers with two little square steps under the doors, not sure if you're referring to those ones or not but I didn't like them very much. A nice high-tuck exhaust that puts everything including the tip above the frame rails...

    Your thoughts.

I don't have a Raptor yet but I am amazed that nobody is offering steel skids to replace the Ford bling plate. Some 3/16 steel or thicker aluminum to cover the engine/t-case/trans would be a god start, something simliar for the gas tank would be helpful too. I'd also like to see some sliders...
