    Was your pan leaking, and you just asked them to swap in a metal pan? Or was this just a precautionary swap before the plastic one started to leak? Charge for parts and/labor?

    I had a 2011 STI stage 2, before the Raptor. This truck is slooooooow. Even with a PC. Wasn't really expecting the truck to be a rocket though, it's a heavy ass truck with big tires.

    Aww man that's a bummer. Sounds like you're ok though? No mention of injuries at least. What insurance company you have? There's gotta be a way to fight it, insurance is just trying to do a repair because it'll save them money.

    Truck trans locked in PARK if not started?

    If you have the key Without pressing on the brake pedal, press the start button. It should put the truck into accessories mode(radio, dash lights etc). Then press the brake pedal and move the shifter.

    Winter driving

    Find one of those car wash places that has the open bays with pressure washers. That's what I do with my truck and my wifes vehicle. I had the underside of my truck coated by the dealer......for what they actually spray/cover, not really worth it. I plan to do the Amsoil HDMP after this...

    Don't have a problem with my tailgate, even with the Backflip MX4. I have no spray in bed liner though.

    Need to shorten my antenna.

    I bought a stubby off of Amazon as well. I still get FM reception. I'm sure the range has deteriorated some, but I rarely listen to the radio.

    ^^ The fumoto valve won't work on our oil pans. The thread pitch is completely different. AFAIK, Fumoto doesn't make a part to fit our oil pans. :(

    If you have the part number, check tascaparts.com and see if they carry it. They are usually cheaper than a dealer.

    k-rub, Thanks for putting this out there. It's always good to hear/read reviews about companies, both good and bad. I'm still undecided who to use for a tune, looks like I'll be staying away from 5star though. Good looking out.

    Hmm, I have not gotten a call or a Ford Pass notification about this one. I got the one about the seatbelt. Just noticed I got another in the Ford Pass app about "Doors will not close or open while driving." NHTSA recall number = 17V652 Ford Recall number = 17S33 Anybody else get that one?

    GEN 2 How To: Hardwire with Fusetap

    3M "Extremely Strong" tape. It holds up to the extreme heat(lived in AZ and NV for two years each), and it holds up to the cold temps here in Utah.

    That price seems almost unbelievable! Any idea where it mounts? The vehicle fitment area doesn't list anything. Got any install directions?
