Found this post from a Ranger forum when researching FP tunes for what it’s worth. Poster has a tuned Bronco and RR.

Nice. I’ve done most of those and found the Glare free is a great feature. I am fortunate I was able to get the heated steering wheel performance upgrade CSP approved for my truck and dealer is currently sourcing parts. Hope to have it installed shortly. Off topic…wife and I vaca in Cape May...
Doubt it really makes sense to “upgrade” even at invoice unless you have a higher mileage 21. Invoice is closer to $5-5.5k off. Going to cost a bunch to do so plus losing cost of any mods made. But then again these decisions aren’t usually based on making financial sense. Best of luck in...
Nice deal and love that color! But did you you mean they were selling the truck originally for $1000 below MSRP instead of invoice. My rough math at $1000 below invoice plus TTL would be around $90k, so with trade @ $60k would be $30k in cash which was your original deal.
I’ve had mine replaced twice under warranty in 18 months. The second time I was told there is a different part (not sure if this is true or not) so hopefully this one stays intact.
It sounds like Ford can’t crack their own ECUs on the 24+ lol. I don’t see anything to give me confidence Ford Performance will put out anything more worthwhile. My thought is if they could they would.
Curious, what are the changes to the interior that make it much more refined. I recently sat in one at my local dealership and must have missed it. I am happy with my 23 and can’t see see spending $8k to $10k min to upgrade for very similar trucks without a nice power bump. But my 23 only...
Why are you taking your gloves off? I have several pair of thin tech gloves that are warm, comfortable, and work well on touchscreens. Really downplays my need for a heated steering wheel too, especially when I use remote start all the time to warm the truck up.
Same boat here. My 23MY was built 2/6/23…my local dealer wasn’t much help so in June had had about a 20 minute conversation with Ford customer service and ultimately they told me reason was my truck wasn’t built at Dearborn Plant, which is not correct. Finally they gave me the NHTSA phone...
Probably his dealer didn’t have any allocations for 2024? I’ve found dealers generally don’t know any more than the general public does and a lot of times less.
Not my experience…maybe I am lucky. I’ve had my 23 Raptor for 16 months, daily drive it and use CarPlay everyday. I have had maybe 3 times where it would not initially connect wirelessly and just plugged in to usb and all was fine. I also haven’t experienced any loud radio popping upon...
I’m not actively looking as my 23 only has 9k miles but keep my eye on things here in SE PA. I am not seeing 5K discounts on 802a’s. Most are at MSRP or asking a little ADM, and you’re likely ordering as there are few if any sitting on lots unlike the 801a’s.
Same here. And $10k+ min to upgrade from a 23 to a 24 (for 35s )
for that feature and the other minor changes would hardly seem worth it without a nice power bump. IMO it’s not any inconvenience to push a button on the fob or the door handle.
You lost me at me at going back to a tundra and the V8 is a good one. I had a 17 tundra platinum, the ONLY reason I bought it was because I knew the dealership owner who gave a lot of work with my engineering company. There wasn’t much of anything about it I would say was good. You couldn’t pay...
True. But really no need to see tire pressure or giant gear indicator all the time unless can be configured to remove them and replace with other things.
Mine on my 23 pulled some in the upper drivers corner and it had to be totally replaced. It is doing it again after about 6 months a little worse this time and will be getting replaced again when I take it in for my 10k mi service in a couple of months.
Is that a recall on the appliqué separating? Had mine on my 2023 35 replaced once after about 6 months of ownership and it is lifting again about 7 months later, a little worse this time too. Both times is the drivers side top corner.
