Added some bling to my step rail. I didn’t do it today though. It was done two weeks ago, but I don’t think I posted it. It’s a subtle bit of bling

Blacked out the ford logo in the back, with black vinyl lettering from Rocky Mountain graphics. Much rather whisper, “Ford” then yell, “Ford.” It looks way better in real life, it just melds into the appliqué.

Good to know. You didn’t even have to remove the wheels? Well thanks to your tip, I just put that 3M rubberized spray on my amazon wish list. I’ll see what the linex people say. If they can fix my tailgate and do the wheel wells for a reasonable price? It’s definitely nice to know that I...
F**k! Wire brush? Why the F**k didn’t I think of that?!! Damn!! Yea, I just saturated it withe the Rust bullet; used the entire container, then wiped it with a shop rag. Then sprayed it with the Por 15 rust remover and wipes again. Wish I had thought to use a wire brush. Well it looks ok...
Driving montage with new exhaust. The clip driving thru the tunnel all my windows were closed because I had just had my windows tinted.( not supposed to open them for 3-5days)

I spoke with the service manager at my dealership today. He confirmed that the thin layer of rust is expected on the f150’s and raptor. He says the light layer of rust doesn’t do any harm. It happens because the cast steel they use is untreated. WTF?! The raptor cost of the raptor doesn’t...
Excellent bedliner K223! That’s the shit I wish I had. That’s how it should be sprayed! I talked to my dealer today and they confirmed that’s how ford does there bedliners . He suggested I go to an aftermarket installer and see if they can fill in the gaps. I will check it out after all...
Gatorjam has the coverage I expected but didn’t get. That looks nice! Wish I would have known about all the drawbacks of dealer installed bed liners.[emoji53]

Do you have pictures of the area between the bed and tail gate? I would love to see how better covered your tailgate is.

Hmm... while I guess it’s less of an issue then I thought. I still don’t like it. I wonder of an aftermarket line x installer can fill in the gap and do my rear wheel wells? I’ll have to call around and see. Maybe after all this Covid crisis blows over. Thanks for all the responses.

He guys any of you with dealer installed spray in bed liners. My rig is about a month and a half old. I noticed a couple weeks back that my tail gate was not completely covered with the bed liner spray. There is a crucial transition point between the bed and the tailgate that has exposed...
Oh yea? That’s news to me, but I guess it’s nice to here that my shop didn’t swap parts on me. So what do you coat it with?

I had my AWE exhaust installed today. I decided to take a peek under her skirt to see how it looked, and I saw this:
My rig is 3 months old! I still have dealer plates on it. Should the drive shaft have this much rust? What your looking at is the main drive shaft at the connection to the rear...
I had my new AWE exhaust installed! I crawled under my rig to see how she looked under her skirt and I saw this:
My rig has 900miles on it! Should it be showing this much rust?! It’s the main drive shaft at its connection to the rear axle. Did my installer switch parts while my truck was in...
I just happened on this thread. I was just surfing the web Saturday night and I stumbled on the AWE exhaust sale on Americantrucks! I jumped on it quick fast! After reading all these entries I’m glad I jumped! I had been researching exhausts for awhile and Awe and Borla where on the top of...
